limitation, we may receive that information; do not include sensitive medical details in ordinary messages unless
necessary.
Our Wix website and Arketa booking service may automatically process device information, IP address, browser
details, cookies, and usage information, depending on the features and settings enabled. We do not claim to collect
precise location or social-media login data unless those features are actually enabled.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, reserve classes, administer memberships, process purchases
and refunds, communicate about bookings and schedule changes, respond to inquiries, maintain records, protect
against fraud, improve our services, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use contact information for
promotional email and text messages only where permitted by applicable law and your marketing choices.
3. Online bookings and payments
We use Arketa for online reservations, memberships, and payment-related administration. Payment credentials are
submitted through the payment flow provided by Arketa and its payment processor(s). We may access transaction
status, receipts, limited card details, and billing history as needed for studio operations. We do not intentionally keep
full payment-card numbers or security codes in our own records.
4. Email and SMS communications
We may send operational messages about bookings, purchases, membership billing, and class changes. Separately,
we may send promotional email or SMS about classes, events, and offers where you have provided any consent
required by law. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message
and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link and opt out of
promotional texts by replying STOP where supported, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not
necessarily stop necessary transactional communications.

We may share information with vendors who help operate the studio, including Arketa, its payment providers, Wix,

address the information appropriately.

providers for security of their systems. No online system is guaranteed completely secure. We keep information as
